(2).Idea netsetter unlock software
(3) Sim unlocker

After downloading this three softwares.

• start Unlock the USB Modem of Huawei E1550 Idea Net Setter so first you will get IMEI number and after you need software for unlocking. 
  
• Huawei Unlock Code Tool allow you to enter the unlock code into your Huawei Dongle. It is tool from Nextgen Servers Ltd allows you easily to upload the Network Unlock code to your Huawei 3g Broadband Dongle Modem. 
  

  Steps to Unlock Idea Net Setter

  
  
• After downloading its content of Idea netsetter unlock software you will get 4 files as bellow:
 Huawei-MobilePartner-11.030.01.07.03_INT_-_Driver-2.0.3.825_WXP-WVI-WI7.exe
 Universal Master Code.exe
 Huawei SIMUnlockCode.exe
 Huawei Unlocker.exe
 
• Copy the IMEI of the device
  It is needed to get the flash code.
   Open the Universal MasterCode software.
  you will see:
  
  
  
  Enter IMEI of the device and copy the flash code.
  Extract E155X_update_11.608.14.11.00.rar and open the update file.
  
  You will see a window showing the agreement:
  
  

  

  
  
  By pressing next press next.
  Then you will see a new window indicating that you are updating the firmware.
  
  
  again press next
  Then you will see a warning message
   Press next and you will see a window showing update progress.
  

  After completing it press finish.
  Now your device is unlocked.
